Is biking safe in Bengaluru?

Yes! You will be surprised how easy it is to cycle around. Indeed, there are cows, cycle and pedestrians to deal with, but just go with the flow. Of course, it helps that we follow a carefully designed route and have the best bikes in town.

How to pay? Do you offer online/credit card payments?

Payment has to be done in advance. Yes, we are glad to offer you credit card payment and other online payment modes. If you face any problem, please do get in touch with our office and we find a solution!

Is my payment gateway safe?

We have a tie up with 'Vacation Labs' and 'Events High' for our bookings. They have world class payment gateways like paypal, Yep our payment gateway is safe

What is your cancellation policy?

There is a refund of the booking fee of 1200 Rs cancellations made by email (a confirmation from 'On a Pedal' team is required), at least 48 hours prior to tour departure. There is no refund for any short notice cancellations, which means within these 48 hours. For cancellations done by 'On a Pedal' on the tour date itself due to weather conditions or security reasons, we offer free re-booking for an alternative date, or full refund of booking price. NOTE: 'On a Pedal' is the sole decision maker about such cancellation.

Are your tours in English?

Yes, all of our guides are fluent in English. We always make sure there's a Kannada speaking co-guide as well, just to make sure he can translate all the compliments of the local people.

How many people do you take on the tours?

We take maximum 8 participants in one group. Not only to give you the best value for money, but we also think that small group will give our tour the personal touch which we are famous for.

Are the bikes included in the tour price and can I bring my own bike?

Yes, of course bikes are included in the price. What would 'On a Pedal' be without our own fancy looking and comfortable bikes. Our bikes are well maintained with adjustable seats, we are sure you can find a match :) Therefore bringing your own bicycles is not an option.

Where is the meeting point?

Different tours start at different places in the city.

Our Pete tour starts in the hub of the city Cottonpet. Where it is a 10min walk from the Kempegowda metro station, Majestic Railway station and Kempegowda bus stand. One of our staff with Orange t-shirt will be standing at Adinarayaswamy Temple, Cottonpet mainroad to welcome you.

Sultan Tour starts at Subramanyaswamy temple, VV Puram

Do you run tours daily?

Yes we do! Daily we are offering 1 route.

What about the weather conditions (heat/rain) ?

Bengaluru is blessed with wonderful weather throughout the year. Bengaluru is described as “Europe without its snow, India without its scorching summer” is often described as. Rain is most likely in the three-month rain season (June/July/August).

I haven't been cycling for ages. What do I do?

Cycling is a skill nobody ever forgets, just like swimming or walking. Once you are on a bike again, valued childhood memories will rise. But... we do ask for standard bicycle level,
